Because, we’d be amiss NOT to show the world what we wore!
Consider this a follow-up to our inability to pack minimally. We hate minimalism. Why wouldn’t we pack our entire wardrobe, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room, AND priceless valuables into a suitcase to take with us to NYC for seven days?
To the point of this post, we packed a bunch of selects from MR PORTER for NYFW:M. Here’s what we wore:
On Monday, we attempted to look a little more street style, as, say, two man-boys might attempt to do. We aimed to make a pairing between this A.P.C. ‘Pizza’ tee and this satin pink bomber from Solid Homme, both on MR PORTER.

On Tuesday, we went for knitted graphics, pairing this Gucci ‘Woodstock’ sweater with Coach’s ‘Rexy’ sweatshirt — our favorite graphics from last year’s collections. Finished with a sherpa-lined Coach coat and a Tommy Hilfiger Denim jacket.

On Wednesday, we went 70s pairing this Freemans Sporting Club chore jacket and a camel turtleneck from ts(s) with this Valentino camp collar shirt and a HUGE Carven teddy bear coat. Basically our version of That 70s Show, standing in for Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher.
And then on Thursday, we went varsity, pairing this Saint Laurent’s permanent collection wool varsity jacket with this Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh wool-blend varsity jacket from last season.

Success.
