Sun’s out, guns out. Well no, we don’t like guns. Instead, we have smiles and oranges!
We took a quick weekend trip up to the North Bay to visit Chris’ aunt and uncle near Napa Valley. With a Looney Tunes tee and a shirt bought from one of our favorite restaurants in San Antonio, TX (if you’re ever in San Antonio, definitely check out Josephine St. Cafe!), we took a break from the day to enjoy the summer sun with some of the oranges we picked earlier in the day.
If we’re being completely honest, our weekend had largely been spent gorging on treats, sweets, and desserts — the finer things in life, of course. By the end of it all, though, we definitely needed some fruits and veggies to balance out our indulgence. But, who wants to snack on veggies on a 100-degree day? Not us.
We opted for sweet and tangy oranges 🙂
Aside from our t-shirt tans, the weekend was a success. True weekenders at heart.
