We’re huge fans of the phrase, “New Year, New You,” solely because it justifies a shopping spree courtesy of the comment, “you know what we need? A MAKEOVER” followed by an exclamation of joyful screaming and dancing around in our underwear.
a.k.a. our Saturday, last weekend.
Two days into the new year and we’re already making poor (wise) fiscal decisions. We’re also considering dying our hair, so there’s that.
Regardless, just as well, we’re huge fans of the phrase, “New Year, New Basics,” given that it too justifies excessive spending on clothing, RE: a simple, red baseball cap and new, burgundy suede Converse hi-tops that Brock just NEEDED to have. No, really, they were necessary.
In the way that we say, “New Year, New Basics,” though, we’re of the thought that, this year, our focus needs to be on smaller details. Like, burgundy suede? Multiple cuffs on one wrist? Maybe even an anklet? Maybe a necklace like this guy’s? Making a basic tee look a little more than just a basic tee.

Burgundy Converse is a great choice! But we just bought high-tops Converse in white from jacquard ^_^
We want also to wish you all the best and joyful in 2016!
Cheers,
Michael & Patrik
