We Went On A Honeysun™ To Bali

also subtitled, we created a new word for all of the newly engaged couples out there. You’re welcome!

IT’S OFFICIAL. We got engaged at the pizza parlor where we first met six and a half years ago! And then, double whammy, we went on our honeysun™ to Bali, Indonesia, immediately that night, at midnight, all planned as a second ‘surprise’ part of the proposal by Chris 🙂

honeysun (noun): a vacation spent together by a newly engaged couple to celebrate their engagement.

We coined this term to define the vacation and period following our engagement! A honeysun™ is meant to be relaxing, exciting, and spent together, before the stress of planning a wedding 😉 we’re ridiculous, hahaha.

So here it is, our photo diary, “we got engaged and went on a honeysun to Bali!”
