SURF IN

Just yesterday, we flew down to Los Angeles to spend some time with Chris’s family. It’s a long week ahead of us for specific reasons, and upon arrival we jetted off to Chevys for lunch and a quick trip to Ikea. Now, that’s glamorous jet-setting — no trips to Abbott Kinney or lunch on Melrose, haha. What better way to start off a week in L.A. than true, true comfort? 😉

And yes… we do love Chevys. Have you had their chips and salsa?

The upcoming week aside, we managed to capture a few shots of our latest obsessions this past weekend. We’ve mentioned it before (and by “before” we mean, literally in our last post), we’ve recently been captivated by the wit of one of our latest finds — our Cuisse de Grenouille “Surf in Paris” sweatshirt. It’s a piece that definitely comes with a “wink.”

Set alongside our longstanding obsession with Theory (and our most recent t-shirt find), they make for quite the dynamic duo. Simple, laid back and Californian — at least to us.

But, we have to admit, the sweatshirt steals the show 😛
